Returns

Miss Foxglove products are very tactile, and love to be picked up and admired. Because this is difficult to do over the internet, we can offer a full refund if the goods are returned unused within 14 days. If you need to return an item because it is the wrong size, and would like a replacement instead, you may also do this within 14 days.

A returns form will be included with your order. Use it to return any items, within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. It’s a good idea to obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt from your Post Office. We will sadly not be able to cover your delivery costs when sending back to us, unless we are at fault.

Shipping

Shipping to the UK is free of charge. However, at present, we regret we can only ship to UK addresses. This will be extended to other territories at a later date, as we expand and improve our Online Shop.

We will endeavour to send your order within 3 working days, and will use Royal Mail first class post to ship them. If there is an unexpected delay for any reason, we will contact you and check whether you still wish to proceed. If you choose not to proceed with the order, we will provide you with a complete refund.
