Services and Conditions of Use

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. Supply of Goods

We will endeavour to supply goods as described on our site. However, due to the fact that our products are handmade, and production capacity is limited by the size of our organization, items may not be in stock and may be made to order. This is why exact stock levels are not shown on this site.

Due to the availability of materials, and the nature of sheepskin, there may be slight variations in colour from what is depicted in photographs on the website. We try to ensure that such variations are kept to a minimum. However, if a customer believes that the product shipped shows too much variation from the item represented online, they may use the 14 day returns window described above to send back the item for a full refund.

If the customer orders an item which has become unavailable due to supplies of materials, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund for that item. No alternative goods will be despatched without the express agreement of the customer.

Fraud risk

We reserve the right not to despatch goods where there is any indication of a risk of fraudulent activity. If an order is considered to have an excessive risk, we will terminate the order and refund any payment made.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.

Unsubscription

If you have signed up to receive our email newsletter, either by ticking the box when checking out, or by using the dedicated form, and you decide at a later date that you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may unsubscribe by replying to one of the newsletters with the word “Unsubscribe” in either the email body or subject line.
